"Very clean room. Reception staff ok, they are very quick to get you away from the desk. Happend a few times. Housekeeping lady on floor 33 was lovely. Made sure we were ok everyday, after a day of not feeling well. "

I had a room next to the street and during the night there was a permanent noise outside like a motor so it was difficult to fall asleep. I don't know if the windows can be more soundproof to avoid that noise. "

"Room was clean but shower was terrible, draining issues( were sorted next day up to a limit), using shower was tricky, all three the tap, hand held shower and rain shower work together or only hand held, we found setting pretty unfriendly. For Brits: no tea facilities in the room. Staff was good, a separate fridge was provided so if you don’t want to use mini bar then still have a chance to keep your drinks nice and cooler."
