The elevator was not working on the day we arrived so we had to climb two floors up to our room and my husband is 91 so it wasn't easy. The rooms are very very small and we were upgraded to a deluxe. There is no hair conditioner or body lotion provided. There was no iron or ironing board and had to wait 2 hours and ask twice for one to use.
