Very clean bedroom with good amenities and layout. Staff were friendly and efficient. Air conditioning was a godsend during heatwave (34 degrees outside!). The executive lounge was very useful for snacks and drinks in the late afternoon when we were resting in the hotel and before heading out for the evening. The elevator was not working on the day we arrived so we had to climb two floors up to our room and my husband is 91 so it wasn't easy. The rooms are very very small and we were upgraded to a deluxe. There is no hair conditioner or body lotion provided. There was no iron or ironing board and had to wait 2 hours and ask twice for one to use.
