The room was located in an ideal location, clean and safe but the back of the hotel opens to the train so if you do want to open a window, the window will be bombarded by train traffic and sound and not the best air.

Very modern and nice hotel. Super convenient location with walking distance to trains and public transportation.
The staff were so friendly and even prepared a gift for my special occasion. Will definitely come back next time.

The rooms were NOT as advertised
There was NO ONE to answer the phone or doorbell!
The help when finally found was NO HELP and in fact rude!
They would not give refunds for cancellation of stays even greater than 24 hrs out
