This beautiful new one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is spacious, stylish, and has everything you need for a stay in Newcastle. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and Nespresso coffee pod machine, dining area, bathroom with walk-in shower and an internal laundry. You also have one allocated car park in the basement garage.

At Brooklyn you will be within walking distance to many cafe's, restaurants, supermarket and boutiques. Some of our favourites include Napoli on King St for fantastic Italian, and Zadig Studio to rest and rejuvenate or pamper yourself.

Important information on this property:
Newcastle City Council are conducting street scape works to the newly established East End Village area. These works will commence from 1 July 25 to 31 January 2026 between the hours of 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. Some noise may be experienced over this period and some disruption to the traffic flow. Christmas shutdown 2025 - No work will be carried out during the Christmas holiday period between Friday 19 December 2025 and Friday 2 January 2026.
