The Space:

The well-equipped kitchen provides everything that guests need for quick snacks and home-cooked meals during their stay, whether it's for a short term break or a longer getaway. The dining area offers a space where guests can gather to enjoy delicious meals together and create memories during their stay.



The three bedrooms at Coastal Cottage are ideal for guests to have a restful sleep at the end of each day. With luxurious beds and ample storage space, guests will find plenty of home comforts that ensure a delightful stay.



There are two bathrooms at the property that guests can use to refresh themselves throughout their stay. Fitted with baths, showers, toilets and hand basins, guests will find everything they need to relax. The added utility room provides extra storage space and amenities for guests to use.



Outside, guests will find a generous garden space with a seating area for guests to use when enjoying the sunshine and fresh air.



Guest Access:

Keys to the property will be accessible via a secure key safe.

There is driveway parking available for one car at the property and an additional space for another car in front of the driveway.

Coastal Cottage is situated in a well-established residential neighbourhood in South Tyneside. The area is predominantly suburban in character, comprising of mainly family housing, including semi-detached and terraced homes built during the mid-20th century.



The neighbourhood benefits from a convenient coastal location, lying less than a mile from the seafront and beaches of South Shields, while also providing easy access to the town centre, local shopping facilities, healthcare services, and leisure amenities.



Getting Around:

The area benefits from good transport connectivity, providing convenient access to local, regional, and national destinations. The area is served by regular bus routes operating along Mowbray Road and surrounding streets, offering direct connections to South Shields town centre and neighbouring residential areas.



The property is within easy reach of the Tyne and Wear Metro network, with nearby stations including Chichester and South Shields. These provide frequent services to Newcastle city centre, Gateshead, Sunderland, Newcastle International Airport, and other locations throughout the Tyne and Wear region, making the area easily explorable.
