"staff were so friendly and accommodating, I was staying here for the T100 triathlon and they allowed me a late checkout at no extra cost. my room was perfect for a solo traveler, the stairs were a bit tricky with luggage. "

When we arrived (10 minutes before check in time) our room wasn’t quite ready but staff were friendly, helpful & made sure we were comfortable & had complimentary drinks whilst we waited. They also added a complimentary breakfast to our stay to make up for it. They really did go above & beyond. We will definitely stay again & would like to thank Hyatt Regency Stratford for a wonderful stay! "

"We stayed here as it was disability friendly, it was more than we imagined, we brought our own hoist but everything else was efficient for what we needed, staff were lovely and helpful, the food was hot and enjoyable. Very near to places we needed to see and things to do. Would definitely stop here again"
