"The room was clean but smaller than I thought. We called the front desk for some water and they came with 4 extra bottles of water which was amazing! Overall, I would stay here again."

"A fantastic experience! Well located and easy to travel due to close proximity of the Prince Regent DLR. We also recieved a prosecco and a cookie which was a nice touch."

"I was given a lower level room, which I didn't prefer, but at least there was a window so it was okay. Unfortunately, the linens didn't look like they were changed. There were makeup smears on one of the pillow cases and strands of hair under the duvet. Once I told the front desk though, they promptly changed the sheets and pillow cases and left a handwritten note of apology and two tokens for a free beverage. Room is good for just one person as there isn't a lot of space for luggage. The location is good but it's a 10 minute walk from trains."

"Spotlessly clean room. Reception staff were really helpful with my queries. Fresh food and good array of drinks and of course PERFECTLY situated for the O2! This will be my first choice of hotels for O2 visits going forward, and probably a consideration for none o2 visit stays as the Jubilee line is super fast. "

"Staff very attentive, absolutely amazing and helped us with information to get to our venue and back again. Room was tidy and clean. Two things to make it 5 star review. Change the type of pillow to light and the room was too hot air con not working. I only had a one night stay so would have mentioned it and I’m sure the staff would have taken care of it. First time in a ibis hotel and I would stay again."
