"Great place for city walking. While there is parking nearby (do contact property ahead of time if you need to park to get discount) be aware that you are competing for space even temporary parking to drop off luggage. The hotel does not provide dinner service. Make sure to book a restaurant nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I didnt have to use vehicle for entire duration of stay as location was perfect for walking to cathedral and other sights."

"Stayed for one night and was not disappointed! Check-in was easy with the digital system with plenty staff on hand to help out. Had a wee dribk before check-in and the bar staff were so friendly and helpful, felt like drinking with friends. The room was very spacious for a double, decent sized shower/toilet room with a sink outside in the bed area- sounds odd but it worked so well. There was an active construction site outside but didnt hear a thing with the window closed. Check-out in the morning was nice and easy as well, and they even kept hold of our luggage for an extra couple hours afterwards so we could enhoy our time in Glasgow without dragging all our luggage behind us. All in all 5 stars absolutely no complaints, will be my hotel of choice in the future."

"The old Customs House by the river has been turned into a pleasant hotel. The room was small but had good facilities and view of the river. Interesting bar and restaurant in the old section. We came by taxi which was fine but not sure how you drop off if driving as on main road. Reasonable value for city centre hotel. It is a little difficult to get in with heavy bags as several small flights of stairs to get to reception and then the lifts."

"Great spot right next to the Central Station. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby, walkable to basically everything and the hotel itself is in excellent condition with a bar open until 2am. Would certainly stay there again"

"This hotel was perfect for our party. The rooms were spacious and clean. No daily housekeeping but we were able to get anything we needed at the front desk. Having a nice kitchen which even included a dishwasher was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing. My only recommendation would be maybe some more washer/dryers."
