"First time booking holiday inn on hotels.com rather than holiday inn app, I thought our room was not as nice as my precious stay's. Also the room was missing the tv remote but I did not tell reception until morning when checking out as we arrived so late at night. The staff did apologise and are all friendly. "

"Have stayed here before, and always pleasant staff...we were 3 hours early for check in, but we're given a room anyway! This really made our stay 😀 great room, comfortable and a lovely shower...only downfall this time was we couldn't heat the room up and it was very cold....heated up after a few hours. "We had a really lovely stay at the Maldron. The staff were welcoming & helpful on check in & check out. Our room was very clean & great amenities provided in the room. With complementary water, tea & coffee. As someone who can’t drink caffeine it was nice to see Decaf options and alternative teas available. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others coming to Glasgow. Very minor observation is that we could hear the lift from our room (it pinging & the voice over), at night this was a bit annoying but nothing earplugs or headphones didn’t sort out. "

"I liked the room it was simplistic but well thought out. They had 2 foldaway tables for eating or working with charging points next to them, they had a foldaway chair on the wall, it had the hangars on the wall it was very quaint. We went to breakfast in the morning and it was continental breakfast with a great choice of food, we loved the breakfast I would book again just for that. It cost £10 but well worth it."

"Overall it was a pretty pleasant experience. The windows did not open and was warm when we first came in. It took a while for the air conditioning to cool it down. Staff was very pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was a bit costly but ok."
