"This place was a great deal! I reserved a studio, but they upgraded us to a one bedroom for no extra cost. Very happy with our unit. Big view of bridge, marina area and boat traffic. Quiet, but not real busy at this time (April). Well supplied kitchen (but no tea); spacious including two bathrooms (one is just toilet and sink). "We were in town to have a Celebration of Life for my Mother in law. We needed a central location in Newport to meet with other family members. My son and daughter stayed with us. The place was perfect. We had ample room to have a nice dinner and talk with family members we had not seen in some time. Everything was clean and comfortable. The Sauna and hot tub were great ways to relax. The proximity to great restaurants in Nye Beach was a big plus. I will definitely stay here again. I would add...
