Waves 20 is in a peaceful position overlooking the gardens and offers a tranquil holiday escape.
Fresh, contemporary decor adds a real sense of style to this comfortable holiday property.
Open plan living area with garden views, large double sofa bed plus "snuggler" armchair, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and WiFi.
Dining area with table and 5 chairs.
Open plan kitchen area with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob, extractor, single oven, microwave Nespresso machine and washer/dryer.
Underfloor heating throughout.
Iron, ironing board, travel cot, hairdryer, a selection of books, DVDs and games also provided.

Sleeping:
Master bedroom with zip and link king size bed, which can be made into two single beds, and TV with integrated DVD player.
Family bathroom with basin, WC, heated towel rail and shower attachment over the bath.
Double plus single sofa beds in the living area.

Outside:
Designated parking for one car.
Communal surf shower to rinse off in after a day at the beach.
Useful secure storage cage in the basement for your surf boards, wetsuits and beach toys.

Need to know:
1 well behaved dog welcome (additional charge applies).
Sorry, no smoking within the property or anywhere on the premises.
Short breaks available outside of school holidays.
Please note the Boardmasters music festival takes place in Watergate Bay in early August every year. Please check with our reservations team for the exact dates and the noise levels before booking.
