With stunning far-reaching views across the bay, this beautifully updated holiday villa provides elegant accommodation for larger families and groups of friends seeking a fantastic base close to the heart of Newquay. Providing generous accommodation for up to eight guests, this stylish retreat features four comfortable bedrooms, a welcoming wood burner, a light-filled conservatory, airy living spaces and a beautiful garden. Perfect for large family gatherings and celebrations, the property is ideally situated for enjoying a tranquil retreat along the North Cornwall coast.
The property has two lovely lounges: the first has a Smart TV, underfloor heating and a large table for games, making a great space for enjoying a movie in the evenings; there’s also a Smart TV and a wood burner in the second lounge which extends out into a pretty conservatory. The light-filled kitchen/diner provides a fabulous space for cooking and sharing a celebratory meal. The ground floor also offers a relaxing twin / super-king-size bedroom, a piano in the entry hall, a utility room with a beach shower, and an invigorating wet room. Heading upstairs, the first floor features a stylish family bathroom and three beautiful bedrooms, all with sea views: a spacious twin, an en-suite twin/super-king-size room, and a lovely king-size room with double doors leading out onto a balcony overlooking the bay. Outside, the large garden has a big lawn perfect for children’s games, alongside a patio providing a fantastic spot for dining alfresco. There’s also a handy summer house with a football table and games.
Both Porth Beach and Newquay Beach are within 500 metres, with a wealth of great pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes all nearby. A popular spot for a range of water sports, Newquay is also home to attractions including the Blue Reef Aquarium, Newquay Zoo and the Boating Lake.
