Excellent cottage in great location

We had a great stay. The location of the cottage is far enough in the countryside to get away from it all, but close enough to walk to the village and local beaches. You can easily walk to Holywell, Porth Joke it Crantock beach. We have a big car and had no issues with parking, in fact we could turn around in the drive. Really comfy beds and well equipped. We visit Holywell/Perranporth 4 - 5 times a year and will be back to this cottage.

Enjoyable stay in a well located cottage

Brilliantly situated property - a 15 min traffic free walk to HolyWell beach. It's also a short walk to the village which has all the necessary amenities, although the pub closes out of season which was a bit disappointing. The walk to the village is down a narrow single track road, which can be an interesting squeeze if encountering anything other than a car. The drive entrance is at an angle and a little bit tight so could be a challenge, particularly in the dark as there is no light. The property itself is well equipped, with only one minor criticism that the taps in the bathroom needed to be turned hard to stop them from dripping. Might be a challenge for anyone without a strong grip. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly. While we were there the garden gate blew off it's rusted hinges and although this wasn't an issue for us it was all fixed in a couple of days. We had a great stay
