Bedroom 2: king (zip and link) Patio doors to the rear courtyard. Family Bathroom: fully tiled with a wall mounted rain shower over a bath, with a tempered glass screen, toilet basin, heated mirror, basin and under basin storage unit, hair dryer.

1st Floor – a bright open plan living space with white washed oak flooring leading to a large balcony with a stairwell to the 2nd floor: Kitchen & dining area: a fully equipped kitchen with lots of cupboard space as well as a dishwasher, extractor fan, multi function oven, washing machine/dryer, integrated low frost fridge freezer and induction hob, with a dining table to accommodate 8 people. Lounge area: a cosy area when fully occupied, a Smart TV, DVD player, Kids DVD's, games, sofa and small armchair and dimmable lights. This area leads onto a balcony area which spans the width of the property with a safety glass balustrade, with relaxing chairs.

The Courtyard: This property is perfect for guests who enjoy sea based activities. With a locked side gate and fully paved courtyard area where you will find space for beach equipment, an outdoor tap and buckets to rinse off your wet suits and hangers to leave them to dry. A surf rack for your boards. There are bodyboards and a surfboard available to children to use with care. Please note this is now fully paved.
