The house is located in a quiet part of Newquay but within a few minutes walk of the town centre, train station and town beaches. It is within 1 mile of Fistral Beach, about a 20 minute stroll or a short drive.

Built in 2010 this modern house/apartment is ideal for family and group holidays. It is hidden away from the main roads yet very close to the centre of town and the surrounding beaches with ideal road access to both north and south Cornwall. The house does not have a sea view.

Guests will be able to use all spaces within the property, including the outdoor courtyard which is shared with the neighbouring properties. The courtyard provides outdoor seating and washing lines. A private parking space is located just outside the front door and nearby streets allow for additional free parking.

The house has one large off-street parking space by the front door. There is additional nearby parking on streets around the area.

The sofa bed is a small double, big enough for 1 adult comfortably or snug for 2, or 2 children.
