"Can’t say enough about our positive experience at The Verb. We stayed with our three young kids and went to a Red Sox game. The attached restaurant was delicious, the staff was super helpful, and the heated pool on a cold day was amazing."

"We really enjoyed our stay at CitizenM Back Bay minus the staff! They were not only short handed but short on their customer service! The hotel is convenient and walking distance lots including shopping, Fenway Park, Freedom Park and North End! The room was small but perfect for what we needed with a beautiful view! We did not have breakfast at the hotel and opted to find local eatery’s near by! We would recommend staying here and hope by putting a review their customer service improves and they are fully staffed, in this case we would stay again! "
