"The location is about 20 minutes walk to everything, but it’s right next to the lake. It has a beautiful view and breakfast is very good. Personally, I like the gym, the cardio workout room, the sauna, steam and jacuzzi tub. The location is nearby some fun and good eats both Vietnamese and non-Vietnamese foods. The staff is helpful and the place is well keep and clean. The hotel is a bit on the older side but the prices are good."

"This was a lovely relatively new property away from the hustle and bustle of old town. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Amenities were great with pool, spa and masssge facilities on site. Staff were very helpful and restaurant on site was good and reasonably priced. Only criticism was the taps in the bathroom, as each turned in a different direction which had obviously caused problems with previous guests which had led to some damage of the fittings. The hot tap needs to be refitted as in thinking you were turning in off, you were actually turning it on fuller and due to the very high temperature it could lead to a scald. Nevertheless, overall this was a really good stay. A lot of building construction around the hotel but lovely views from within over the city. Would def stay here again."

"Stayed here one night after trip to Halong Bay and have to say staff was wonderful and attentive. However the conditions of the hotel left little to be desired. The lobby was welcoming with fresh scents, but as soon as we went to our room on the 7th floor we were overwhelmed with old musty smell of mold and old smoke scent which continued in our room. The smell was almost unbearable. The room was very spacious and was even provided extra towels. Also shower had great water pressure. The room would have been better if the old carpet did not feel so grimy. Had to wear slippers entire time because did not want to touch carpet. Also not a whole lot within walking distance after staying in old quarters. Overall I would expect higher quality for the price. "
