we were not happy with the internet wifi service , was very bad and cut in and out, and the Tv service in the room was awful, no good channels that would stay on or woud not come on due to weak signal.

Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
There's no breakfast included. No microwave in the rooms. Rooms are small and smell like mold. The only positive side was the location.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview
They had me pay $100 for an upgrade which had a worst view and then at 2 am the smoke detector started beeping a woke me up- took two visits and over 20 min to fix- swapped out entire smoke detector in each room

The hotel was great. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Onsite restaurant was very convenient. Only disappointing thing was the pool. Advertised as heated but it wasn’t.

DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa by Hilton Niagara Falls
The Junior suite was spacious and very clean. Loved having Starbucks in the lobby. Parking is a little pricey considering it was the off season, but easily accessible.
