Cozy home away from home

The size and location of this home was absolutely perfect for my family of four. We were able to walk to all of the major attractions and while we weren't sightseeing we were able to stay in the house without being in each others way. The only word that can begin to describe this home, and Milicent, is "perfect."

Great Location

Property was very conveniently located to Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill. Very clean and comfortable for my family of five. Host was very communicative and made sure our stay was the best it could be. Would highly recommend.

as soon as we got there the property manager called to tell us the door is a little weird to open. she was so so helpful the entire stay. the house was very clean and so close to everything! overall it was a great place to stay and if i ever find myself in canada again (im from ohio) i wouldn’t mind going back to this house!

Family Trip

Our family stayed at Millicent's place for our vacation to Niagara falls and the location was perfect. It was within walking distance to the falls and was very convenient for us, even with a 6 month old. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Millicent’s home. It is exactly as represented, within walking distance to the Falls, and very comfortable. It was the perfect location and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Lovely Home & Good Location

We enjoyed our stay at Millicent's home in Niagara. The home was well stocked with whatever we needed, and everything was quite comfortable. Millicent responded to our questions quickly and was very helpful! The location was convenient to the Falls, but not too close so as to be caught up in the traffic, business, etc. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Niagara Location

The house was perfect for our family trip to Niagara. Nice amount of space and accommodations for a family of 5. We were able to walk to all of the main Niagara attractions and the Clifton Hills area. It was also a short drive to Niagara of The Lake which is a very beautiful place to spend the day at as well.

Nice house

House was clean and has been newly renovated. Four adults were very comfortable each with our own bed. Stairs are a little steep and might be difficult for people with mobility issues. Bathrooms are big and beautiful. So convenient and close to all the tourist sites. We would stay here again!

Perfect for Our Stay

My friend and I traveled to Niagara Falls for a girls trip. We were looking for a place that was close enough to the Falls but also close proximity to other locations as well. This was the perfect place for our stay! It’s a 15-minute walk to the Niagara Falls attractions, a short drive to the other Niagara park attractions, and close to Niagara on the Lake. The house is equipped with all that essentials for a short stay. Off-street, designated parking was certainly great. Millicent was very responsive and helpful! We enjoyed our stay!

The property was very clean and updated. Check in was very easy. Property owner was very communicative and available for questions. House was perfect size for the five of us. Very convenient to shopping, attractions, and dining. We left the car at the house and walked to most everything to include the falls, white water walk, Clifton Hill, aviary, etc. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for accommodations that are bette than any hotel in the area (and yes, we have stayed at hotels in the area before).

Canadian side of Niagara falls & Niagara on the lake

Excellent location easy walkable to Falls for many and Clifton Hill, restaurants area. Most grocery stores are 8 minutes away. If you don't like paying for parking downtown and need transportation to venture out the WeGo system is helpful...

Clean and cute, close to the Falls and fun stuff

Our family of four was very happy to stay here. We had plenty of space, and it was clean and neat. The beds, living room, and dining area are comfortable. You could walk to the Falls and attractions, but we drove because of the heat. Parking for the day in the lot next to the park was $15. Millicent is very nice and easy to communicate with via phone/text. I recommend this home and would stay here again.

Perfect getaway

It was a perfect house for us, family of 3 generations. Everyone had his/her own space to relax and rest. It was nice to use the bbq grill in the backyard and the laundry room. Upstairs was a little stuffy and hot despite the air condition. It got better in the evening. It was located close to Niagara Falls and various activities--all walking distance with protected crosswalks. We are glad to have found this home where it is quiet and calm vs. hotels nearby with loud noise and chaos.

Cozy and Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has all modern appliances. TV with numerous apps and Wi-Fi throughout home were awesome bonuses. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the king-sized bed on main level but if one-person is not able to crawl across bed, the lg TV hanging on wall (which we never used) will be negative to walking around bed. Loved having a grill on the wonderful deck and kitchen was the best stocked we've ever encountered. Owner gave immediate responses to any questions we had. Driveway parking plus also.

This home is nearby to many attractions

This home is about a 30-minute walk to the river. We had two cars so we could get to everything quickly by car. We first stayed at Embassy Suites Fallsview for a few nights and that was the thing to do. The incline railway is right there at the Embassy Suites. Then we moved to this home which is close to the downtown district. Very clean. Nice kitchen table and furnishings. If you have one or two cars this is the place for you! Owner is super responsive to your questions.

This house was perfect for our family- two adults and three teens. The teens had their own space upstairs with the two bedrooms and their own bathroom. The kitchen was a great space for hanging out and playing games. We enjoyed the deck and the grill. The location is close to the Falls. We felt it was a bit far to walk, but only a few minute drive. My only complaint- and it is pretty insignificant - is that I wish there were more washcloths and towels. I ended up having to wash them over and over, because with three teenagers they were being used constantly.

Great location, only really 2 bedrooms and needs some work

Very clean house and great host. As some have stated the walk is a little bit further than stated but still very convenient. I didn't read all the reviews so I didn't realize it really was a 2 bedroom as the 3rd bedroom is in an open area upstairs. There were a few maintenance items that needed attention (shower heads were loose, my husband was the only one who could find the right way to open front door, the faucet in main bathroom was loose, blinds in main bedroom are paper, upstairs bedroom locks on the outside) I have now read all the reviews and agree with all of them. The mattress in the main bedroom is not very comfortable as stated by previous reviewers. However, overall a great stay, very clean, great location and we would stay again.
