Location was great.
Wifi didn’t work well, the room was okay, but the bathroom has holes on the walls and tub looked quite rundown and dirty.
Not the cleanest. Paint pealing off the walls. No plug for the jacuzzi tub. Quite sketch.

The motel is ok, very basic, & somewhere to rest your head if the other hotels are full. There location is walkable to Clifton hill (15min). The bed was comfy & the bathroom seemed fairly clean. The air conditioner looked like it had survived a fire. The biggest issue I had was not being able to open the door to the room. I had.to have staff let me in each to because the knob was so hard to turn & request a good kick for staff to open (I didn’t want to risk my $250 deposit by kicking it). There is also $10 parking fee. It was alright, but a bit pricey for what it is. I would only stay again if other nicer hotels were full.

The room was decent for the time being just note that once you book the room, they do charge $200 safety deposit fee for the room so be prepared for that and as for the room, it was clean for the bed part there was a stain like somebody spilled something when we just got into the room and it was dried. The room was not dusty at all just smells of cigarette smoking into the vents when you would turn on the AC or the heat and if you were in the bathroom, you would smell a little bit of cigarette other than that. It was a nice room and the bed was super comfortable.
Improve the maintenance of the rooms, with better air conditioning but especially better hygiene measures to offer better conditions to its customers

Smelly blanket. It's an old motel, so of course not much expected but it's too costly and the rooms are smelly and damp. Washroom does not have exhaust.
It’s not same as showing in pictures, 0000 do not go there , so many options in the same street ans area with in 1 kilometre

No hooks in the bathroom to hang up clothes or towels. Was only provided 2 bath towels and 1 small hand towel. There was no soap or shampoo when we checked in... had to ask for it at front desk. The only plus was the fridge and microwave. No complementary coffee or kettle to boil water. The entire room just felt very sparse and the aircon was noisy. The pillows were also too plump...my neck hurt. Overall, it felt like a $50 room, but we paid double so I expected better
Room was dirty can see dirt on floor, spiders on walls, paint pealing off walls, no vent in bathroom just fan, smelled so bad and moldy hand to spray hand sanitizer all over the bed and room to make it bearable, would not recomend this to anyone very expensive for the quality of the room
What truly seperates this property from other hotels in the area is HOW DIRTY THIS HOTEL IS.
Absolutely disgusting. Bugs, mold in the shower, bugs, did i say bugs. It was so dirty i showered just before check out.

Jacuzzi wasnt working. People werecswimming in the pool fully clothed with pants shirts no bathing suits. Never went swimming there.
Very dirty place, no face cloths. I stayed 4 days for work never cleaned room once, no internet and staff was rude, girl at front desk was more interested in talking to her friend on cell phone then dealing with me on check in and my complaints, I definitely do not recommend this place at all
Bathroom tile not cleaned and black mold. Bed sheets are not properly cleaned ,blanket was too old and contents inside separated.A/C has no button to control temperature.couch was dirty.
This place is horrible. Run down. Paper thin walls. Out dated. Bathtub was filthy with grime. Bed was so uncomfortable and worn out. Housekeeping staff just tried to let themselves into our room when we were already checked in, and despite asking for towels four times, we didn't have anything except the towel meant for the floor during our stay. I know you get what you paid for, but even at a cheaper rate a few towels and not having to listen to every other guest and traffic all night is not too much to ask. Don't stay here.
This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. After a five-hour drive and booking online in advance, we arrived hoping to check in and rest but were told we couldn’t check in until 3 PM and were just sent away without any flexibility or consideration.
When we finally got into our room, it was a total letdown. The furniture was missing pieces, the towels had stains, and the overall quality of the room was terrible. It didn’t feel clean, comfortable, or even properly maintained.
We didn’t even want to stay there after seeing the state of the room it felt like we completely wasted our money. Definitely not worth the price, and we won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.
