"We had a wonderful stay at 124 on Queen Hotel & Spa. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect—just steps from all the shops and restaurants in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Hotel was exactly as expected. Great location for our needs. Happy to have the 2nd room since travelling with our daughter. Gave us a parking pass for our vehicle. Nice to have the full size fridge for food. Room had a bit of wear (some of the blind slats were missing)etc.. Air conditioning worked great, so did hot water pressure and they had ice, so definitely good value for location. Have stayed before and would stay again."

"Overall my partner and I had a wonderful couple days at the Oban Inn. The building is beautiful and while our room was small, it was tastefully decorated and comfortable. We especially loved the peaceful pool/hot tub area and all the flowers on the grounds, and my partner very much enjoyed her reflexology session at the spa. The location was excellent- across the street from the lake and a very short walk to Queen Street. A few things that could otherwise have brought my rating up to a 5 : 1) The bathroom amenities were lacking - no body lotion, no bars of soap and very poor quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash. This was especially surprising for what is otherwise an impressive boutique spa & inn. 2) The mini fridge is nice to have but it is very mini and located on the floor, requiring us to sit on our knees to reach in - adding a cabinet or table for this would make it easy to access and add some class. 3) Cleaning was OK overall but there was a collection of dust bunnies in one of our pot lights. We also had to wait until after 2pm for room cleaning despite having the "please service" sign on our door before 9am. Despite the shortcomings, our experience overall was very positive and we would definitely consider Oban again for our next NOTL getaway!"
