"Paid $160-180 to use hotel handicap parking… no “complimentary shuttle”, except to offsite parking(wasn’t there the one time I asked). Then telling them the handicap parking all around town still had meters. Nobody at that hotel decided to tell me that handicap parking is free for the public metered parking. nor did they offer to call a taxi or make any suggestions.So 3 days I paid a lot for parking or ran from the hotel decent amount of miles to drop off our elderly party and meet them… & the Sign in hall for restaurant basically says restaurant is closed in morning instead of directing you to back outside entrance for breakfast. Everyone that I dealt with at the front desk and outside the main entrance was pretty much lacking in any helpful way. I guess I just was there at the wrong time? Didn’t know that was a thing, but maybe everyone was in training? If not, they should be. Definitely worst experience I’ve had at a Wyndham hotel, my wife usually makes the reservations, so maybe I miss something and should’ve known what to expect. Or was it just because I was in Canada… nope, we had a great visit elsewhere and everybody seemed to be pretty nice & helpful around Niagara Falls so I’ve gotta blame this one on their staff. Thanks fellas. I was very generous with the stars because the support staff is pulling their weight."

"Pros: Room was clean, beds were comfortable, very walkable to Clifton hills, the casino & viewing areas for the falls. Cons: Decor was a little dated, no amenities & walls are thin, could hear others staying at the hotel. Brought the family for the indoor water park. It’s a “no frills” type of hotel, I’ve stayed there in the past, and will do so again in the future."

"Our room was clean and the bed was comfy . I believe the hotel was sold out this past weekend with so many tournaments and meets for sports . But the staff handle the busy place like pros ! Definitely will return next year"
