"I am writing this review because Harleen saved the day. The room I first entered smelled of a perfume that made it impossible to breathe. I worried that it was the cleaning fluid.
Harleen moved heaven and earth to get me into another room and it saved me. I was miserable due to the heat and the beach useless.
The a/c is A++++.
The mattress is okay. I l brought my own pillow as always. Bathroom nice. High ceilings. Don’t stay on 1st floor. Much nicer on 3rd.

"We had never been to Niantic before but seeing how many repeat guests came here was a testament to everything we experienced as well. What an amazing B&B. Everyone was so friendly, the room had nice touches with a cringe fan, rockers on the porch, beautiful decor, great water pressure in the shower, and a fan and drawers in the bathroom (one of my biggest pet peeves in most hotels!).
