Two-room apartment with living room and kitchen facing the sea, offering views of Cap d'Antibes, fully renovated with quality materials. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. You have fiber optic internet access, a terrace with sea view, and direct access to the beach at the foot of the building. The apartment includes a walk-in shower room, a bedroom opening onto a small balcony, and separate toilets.



Cagnes-sur-Mer offers a setting full of contrasts: the perched medieval town with its castle overlooking the lower city, and the seaside extension with the fishermen's village. The town is close to some of the region's most beautiful hiking and cycling trails. Ideally located between Nice and Cannes, you are near motorway access and can easily reach the hinterland.
