Apartment 'Marina' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in Villeneuve-Loubet on the Côte d'Azur, this renovated 30 m² apartment can accommodate up to three people. It features a bedroom with a double bed (130x190) and a living room equipped with a queen-size sofa bed (160x200). The apartment includes a bathroom, Wi-Fi, television, reversible air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, as well as new, high-quality bedding.



You will enjoy a private covered terrace offering a view of the residence's park and a glimpse of the marina. The building, listed as 20th-century architectural heritage, offers a reception and 24-hour security. A shared playground with swings is available for children.



Free parking is possible around the Marina with a blue disc, which must be changed regularly. A private, covered and secure parking space is available on request, for an additional fee and subject to availability. Pets and smoking inside are not allowed, parties are prohibited, and the accommodation is not suitable for babies.



The beach is only 150 meters away, and the train station, restaurants, and supermarkets are within walking distance. Between Nice and Antibes, you are just 10 minutes by car from the airport. The Marina offers many water activities: boat rental, jet skiing, water skiing, tennis, and restaurants. A spa and wellness area with indoor and outdoor pools, hammam, sauna, fitness, and yoga will soon be available at the Marina.
