You will live in the open air with, at your disposal a ping pong table, garden furniture, swing. You will rest in the shade of the orange trees or in the sun on the lawn.
You also have at your disposal a barbecue and everything necessary for meals in the garden.
A place is reserved for you inside the property to put your vehicle.
The sea and shops are within walking distance.
This place is ideal for a couple with or without children.
It is with pleasure that we can accompany you on a hike on a day. Think then to put the mountain shoes next to the swimsuit!
And if the garden gives you will have the pleasure of tasting some of our tomatoes and salads.
Rental of sheets and towels: 20 euros
Cleaning: 30 euros

Fantastisk leilighet for 2. Stille område i gangavstand til alt. Ekteparet som er verter for dette stedet er de mest elskelige, sporty og gavmilde jeg har møtt. De kom med ferske tomater, squash, sitroner, fiken osv. De serverte hjemmelaget appelsinen, canapeer og snacks. Vi hadde store uteareal, men vel varmt. Hadde vært supert med basseng. Man kan ikke få alt heller. Kjørte oss til flyplassen. I det hele tatt. Et perfekt sted med perfekte mennesker. Kommer mer enn gjerne tilbake hit.

Sehr schön war es!
Die Vermieter sind jederzeit verfügbar und lassen einem dennoch Ruhe. Die Wohnung und der Garten sind sehr schön. Sie haben uns sogar ihr Fahrrad kostenlos geliehen und am ersten Abend mit Essen versorgt, weil unser Flug Verspätung hatte, sodass wir nicht mehr einkaufen konnten. Es war wirklich eine sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber und alles bestens! Vielen Dank von Herzen.

Der Urlaub war einfach nur wunderschön!
Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Objekt liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnzone abseits des touristischen Rummels.
Die Kommunikation vorab per Internet und Schlüsselübergabe klappte sehr gut!
Die Vermittler sind überaus freundlich, supernett und jeder Zeit hilfsbereit und aufmerksam in alle Lebenslage.
Das Objekt können wir mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche verbracht! Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Très agreable location
Idéalement située dans Cagnes à proximité de la ville, du Cros de Cagnes et du
Bourg médiéval, dans un quartier résidentiel calme. L'accès au plages est facile,
soit en voiture, soit à pied, soit avec la navette gratuite depuis le centre ville. Studio parfaitement équipé et très propre, avec une petite terrasse ombragée très appréciable. Quant à l'accueil des propriétaires, il est tout-a-fait remarquable, ce qui nous incite à revenir régulièrement.

SUPERBE LOCATION
Dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, proche du centre ville et de la mer, studio propre et bien équipé avec un jardin très agréable. Il faut ajouter à cela l'accueil et l'extrême gentillesse des propriétaires qui vous donnent l'envie de revenir. Un grand bravo à Monsieur et Madame BOUDIER, ne changez rien c'est parfait ! et à bientôt .......

endroit parfait
Studio confortable et calme. L'endroit parfait pour une halte ensoleillée. Idéalement situé pour visiter Nice, Cannes et les environs. Je reviendrai certainement dans ce studio où je fus accueilli par des propriétaires charmants.

Studio très propre et propriétaire très gentils qui prennent soins que tout se passe pour le mieux.
Quartier très calme et proche de la mer comme des grandes ville à côté( nice monaco,antibes..même l'Italie ).

Quartier résidentiel et calme.
Un petit appartement confortable, propre et bien équipée avec l'utilisation de l'espace extérieur qui rend cette solution de logement tout à fait unique.

Location très agréable
Location très agréable, conforme au descriptif et très bien équipée. Nous y avons séjourné avec notre bébé de 7 mois et avons passé un agréable séjour. Les propriétaires, très accueillants, lui avaient même mis une petite piscine à disposition.
Idéal pour passer des vacances au calme, à proximité de tous les centres d'intérêt du département.

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à 2 dans cette location. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et toujours prêts à rendre service.
Le quartier est très calme mais reste à proximité du centre-ville.
Il y a aussi tout ce qu'il faut pour manger dehors et profiter du soleil.
La région est magnifique et les autre coins à voir sont à portée de bus ou de train.

Propriété et studio bien entretenus
Séjour très agréable, endroit très calme et des propriétaires d'une discrétion absolue. Commerces a proximité.Je recommande cette location a toutes personnes. Besoin de conseils, ils vous en donneront avec précision. La Mamma très bon restaurant et sur les conseils de Michel. Et la location correspond au descriptif. Certains nous reviendrons manger de nouveau le maquereau au barbecue de Michel (Merci pour ce régal)
Andrée vous fera goûter sont nougat glacé. Comme vous pouvez le constater on des rois chez eux. Pour vos prochaines vacances pas d'hésitations, pensez a Michel & Andrée, vous ne serez pas déçus.
Un bémol quand même: TROP COURT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vacances parfaites à Cagnes sur mer
Nous avons eu le plaisir de louer cet appartement! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux! L'appartement est en parfait état, et convient tout à fait à un couple. Cagnes sur mer est idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Nous vous conseillons vivement cette location!

LOCATION PARFAITE
Nous avons passé un bon séjour. La location est superbe, propre et fonctionnelle. Nous la recommandons vivement (personnes âgées - avec enfants ou un couple) Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et discrets. Nous sommes à côté de tous les commerces et pas loin de la mer. Nous avons de l'espace et pouvons manger dehors avec un beau jardin. Vous pouvez venir avec un enfant, c'est très calme.

Super séjour à Cagnes sur Mer
Un séjour très agréable chez des propriétaires trés accueillants, chaleureux, des gens adorables, je recommande vivement cette location à un couple qui veut vraiment passés de bonnes vacances dans le 06. L'appartement est très propre et très bien agencé,bien situé dans cagnes su mer. Pleins de visites à faire : Cannes, Antibes, Nice, St paul de vence, Monaco, etc.. et bien sûr la plage à 10 mn.

Il fait bon vivre à Cagnes sur Mer
La location est très propre, au calme avec un joli jardin. Des propriétaires charmants et prévenants (merci pour les légumes du potager). Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.Du reste nous revenons cet été. Bien des choses aux demoiselles de Cagnes...Nous conseillons cette location à une famille avec un jeune enfant.
