The apartment is on the Promenade des Anglais in the charming Arenas neighborhood. The Tram (for easy access to all Nice attractions) is right under the building, the closest beach (Lanterne) is a 15 min walk away, the airport is a 20 min walk, and the train station (with easy access to Cannes, Antibes, Monaco, and many other destinations in France and Italy) is a 20 min walk.

The 85 m2 (910 sq feet) apartment is very bright and has 2 balconies (one of which is sea front). It is perfect for both vacation and business travelers. It is air-conditioned, has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, 2 spacious bedrooms, and a separate bathroom/toilet.
