The apartment is perfectly located in 'Carré d'Or' area, just few steps from Promenade des Anglais, beaches, shops and restaurants.
Very bright, located at the 5th floor of a modern building with lift, double exposure, the apartment has a big entrance with a comfortable storage, one bedroom with double bed and a nice living room with a double sofa bed. Possible to accommodate up to 4 people. Two bathrooms (a bigger one with shower and the other one with sink, toilet and bidet). Separate fully furnished kitchen with table and chairs. A beautiful terrace with sea view and a nice balcony complete the property. Amenities: micro-wave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, TV, Wi-Fi.

Wonderful location

The apartment was conveniently located near the Promenade and shopping. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Due to the two balconies, there was plenty of natural light filling the apartment. We stayed at this apartment for over a month, and we would not hesitate to rent here again.

A wonderful, clean, spacious ,quiet, older apartment on the 5th floor with 2 large terraces, very well equipped and a friendly, helpful co-host. The location is perfect for walking to every area of Nice, the trams, the railway station, local restaurants, coffee shops and food stores and along the Promenade de Anglais. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our home away from home. The property is really as described. Charming Italian themed with lots of space. So many living spaces and areas to enjoy. Excellent kitchen and useful to have 1.5 bathrooms. An excellent property, fully equipped with everything you need (full kitchen, 1 1/2 bathrooms, hair dryer, etc), very clean and spacious. Terraces on either side of the property provided all day sun. Spacious Apartment/Good Location in Nice

We stayed in this spacious and clean apartment that had a balcony on each side. Also had a partial view of the sea which was nice. Just a couple of minutes walking distance to the beach as well as a grocery store and restaurants. Only a 10-15 minute walk to Old Nice. Clothes washing machine was a bonus. Very secure building-code required to access both stairs and elevator to apartment once inside. Host & co-host were great communicators and very responsive -even recommended great places for dining. Would stay here again!

Spacious and airy apartment steps from the Mediterranean

This apartment, nearly across the street from the beach and steps from the seaside promenade, has large rooms and lots of natural light, and plenty of space to spread out and relax for a family of 3 (2 adults and 1child). The main bed and sofa bed were comfortable for sleeping and we got a lot of use of the washing machine with large drying rack and balcony with beach view! Check-in and out was easy and the building was clean, quiet and safe. The only downside was no air conditioning - we visited during a very hot spell and slept with doors open and fan running in the main bedroom, and kept shades lowered during the day while we were out.

Great Central Location Stay in Nice!

We had a wonderful time staying here while in Nice, very central and close to the beach and walkable to train station/old town. The apartment is also quite spacious. Property managers were great to work with and easily available. The issue we had was with the heat inside of the apartment as there was only a small fan, and it got very hot during the day and night even with windows open (or closed). The listing mentions parking which isn’t included but there is a parking garage nearby. Overall very nice stay!

Superb villa

Everything was perfect! Location couldn’t be better. 2 minute walk to the pebble beach. Supermarket 2 minutes up the road. Huge variety of restaurants and bars in surrounding area. Short walk to tram and the beautiful old town. The villa is large and has everything you require. A large comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and one bathroom plus additional toilet. The 2 balconies with seating a bonus. Owner answered queries quickly and checking in process was easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly. Recommend.

Although the apartment did not directly overlook the Promenade des Anglais and the Baie des Anges, there was a peek of it. The apartment was HUGE with one and a half baths, a very spacious living room/dining room, well-stocked kitchen with stove/oven, full-sized dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, washing machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, and a large balcony off of the kitchen with a table and six chairs. The primary bedroom was also very large with a king-sized bed, triple dresser, large closet and a large balcony that was accessible from both the bedroom AND living room! Our expectations were definitely EXCEEDED! The host was very responsive and allowed us access to the apartment a few hours early as there was no one in the apartment the day we arrived. Edith, the property manager was a delight, and answered all our questions. We DEFINITELY enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return! Thank you, Maria for opening up your gorgeous property for others to enjoy!

Maria's apartment is exactly as advertised and then some. We stayed for several weeks over the winter and we were pleased in every respect. The apartment is spacious, very nicely designed, and airy. The views from both terraces are a big plus. The living room enjoys a marvelous view of the western hills looking past the Musée Masséna (thru the large glass doors that access the terrace). So, even when we had the doors were closed, we never felt closed in. The kitchen is also spacious and it functions well for everyday fare and also for fancier, more elaborate meals. The apartment is secure and very well located. Access to the Promenade is ideal for seaside strolls and exercise. It's a beautiful short walk to Old Town. But there are many good restaurants and markets in the immediate neighborhood, too. Check in and check out were prompt and easy. Maria, and her local representative, were very helpful during our stay.
