COCOON BEACH NEAR THE SEA AND CENTER
This apartment will seduce you with its charm and for these main assets. Located on the seafront 80 meters from the beach of the Promenade des Anglais, in the center of all shops and close to the heart of town and prestigious establishments (Negresco, Massena Museum ....). You will be in a haven of peace located in inner courtyard in a quiet building with private access by the gate of its terrace (12 m2). One could think oneself in a small vacation home. The apartment is totally renovated with very good quality furniture and complete equipments (flat screen TV 110cm, senséo, wardrobe, dvd player, combined oven, washer dryer, sound system wifi, free internet ...). a large bathroom with shower. The beds will delight the most demanding guests with a 160cm double bed of hotel quality and a convertible sofa system rapido high-end offering maximum comfort for peaceful nights. This is the ideal compromise for people looking for calm while being in the city center, feet in the water.
This year, it will be for me my first experience as a host and it will be a pleasure to welcome you in the best conditions possible by offering you my apartment as accommodation. I would like your stay in Nice to remain an important memory for you and that you come back to visit us again. The Gambetta district is a prime and strategic location in Nice. There are all the shops essential to everyday life at 50 meters. Banks, supermarket, organic shop, hairdresser, restaurants, equipment, gym, ... The center of Nice is 5 minutes walk, the beach 80 meters, the old Nice 10 minutes ... Tram and bus stops are almost at the foot of the building, the train station is 12 minutes walk. Everything nearby without the inconvenience of the nuisances of the city center.
