Your car parked in our closed car park, you can explore our beautiful city of Nice on foot.... Bus stop 1min, Tram 5min, city centre 15min and beach 25min.
The motorway exit is 2 minutes away by car to visit the Côte d'Azur and the hinterland of Nice.

Enjoy the sun in the private garden of 200 m2, facing south and to cool off in the swimming pool. But you can also benefit from a bit of shade around an aperitif in the garden furniture, or under the covered terrace for a cool lunch.

Inside, the large living room and the open kitchen will offer you a space for sharing and conviviality in a warm and modern atmosphere.
On the ground floor, a master bedroom with a 160x200 bed, its shower room, its dressing room and a separate toilet.
