With its stunning sea view, LE CALIFORNIA 3 is a 60 square metre holiday rental apartment in a beautiful residence with a swimming pool, which is sure to delight you! It is equipped to accommodate 4 people. This apartment is located 2 km from the Marinières beach and the historic old town.
Inside, it consists of a separate equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined or separated as needed, a bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a separate toilet.
Wonderful panoramic sea view overlooking one of the most beautiful bays in the world, Villefranche-sur-Mer and its 16th century Citadel, a historic monument, offer an exceptional and unexpected setting. You will also discover the old town with the Rue du Poilu. Many events are offered throughout the year by the tourist office.
Pets not allowed WIFI Internet Lift Parking (first come, first served, subject to availability) A security deposit of €700 is collected directly by Riviera Holiday Homes via Swikly (secure credit card authorization, no charge is made). Not applicable to Airbnb bookings.
