The apartment includes : - 29 m² living room with TV and sofa - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and a dining area. - Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (shower, bathroom sink and toilet) - Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom shared with the 2 other bedrooms: with bath, shower and bathroom sink - Separate WC
For even greater comfort, you can take advantage of the following additional facilities: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside : - A shared swimming pool (unheated) running around the restaurant, open from mid-April to late October depending on the weather (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by a gate. There's also a round children's pool. Access is subject to an additional charge per person. - A first 20 m² fenced terrace (east-facing), with superb sea and mountain views. Accessible from the living room and master bedroom, it features furniture (garden furniture and a swing) to enjoy the sunny days. - A second 10 m² terrace (west-facing) with a dining area.
