  • Très beau appartement calme et spacieux situé sur le toit d’un immeuble standing. Pas de vis-à-vis .Appartement 100 m² et terrasses privées 100 m² supplémentaires. Parking désigné. Centre de ville et commerces à pied. Tout confort. Idéal pour une détente absolue.

    Deux chambres, salon avec salle à manger, cuisine, salle de bain, WC séparé, Deux moyens et une grande terrasse avec transats etc.

    Chambre 1: lit double (160 cm)

    Chambre 2: deux lits simples (2 x 80 cm) et un lit banquette deux places (2 x 80 cm)

    Salle de bains: lavabo à deux vasques, baignoire avec sa douche flexible et une douche “rainhead” fixée, bidet.
