Charming Studio recently renovated with a glimpse of the sea, of 26m² on the 4th floor with lift, close to the « Promenade des Anglais ».
It’s composed of a living room with kitchen and mezzanine as well as a shower room with toilet. It has enough room for 4 people.
The tramway station is located 350 meters away while the grocery store is 40 meters away.
The studio is located within walking distance from the Negresco.
The apartment is equipped with : air-conditioning, a sofa-bed, television, fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster and a washing machine.
We remain available during your stay, and will gladly recommend to you nice places to visit or help you organise your airport transfer.
