The tiled floors that run throughout the house will keep you cool in the hot summer temperatures. This wonderful house also offers you a fenced plot and an open terrace where you can let your gaze wander over the surrounding hilly landscape.

At the edge of the shared outdoor pool, you can sunbathe on the sun loungers.



During the day, interesting cultural, historical and sporting excursions await you in the surrounding area.

Within a 30-minute drive, you can reach a pebble beach popular with families, where you can promenade along the coast or enjoy water sports. The natural surroundings are breathtaking and the views magnificent. Should the clouds hide the sun, there are also several activities such as art museums, local markets and cultural offerings in the nearby city of Nice or Cagnes-sur-Mer.
