  • ideally located, very quiet, comfortable, neat decoration, large terrace of 10 m2, completely renovated, in the heart of a 5 hectare property, near Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu sur mer, Villefranche sur mer with its citadel , and halfway between Nice and Monaco. In 10 minutes of walking you are in the center of Beaulieu: with daily fresh and quality vegetables on its market, not too far away is the supermarket and all the surrounding shops.
    The Ant Bay or the beach of the harbor of Villefranche sur mer are less than 15 minutes away, no need to have a car, everything can be done on foot!
