Convenient location but disappointing amenities and communicationThe location in Nice was convenient, but our stay had several issues that affected the experience for our group of 10.The listing mentioned three bathrooms, but there were only two toilets available in the house, which was inconvenient for a larger group. The toilet spaces were also quite small.For a four-night stay, the property had limited supplies provided, including only a small number of trash bags, dishwasher pods, and toilet paper. Some basic kitchen essentials were also unavailable.On checkout day, cleaners arrived around 10:00 AM even though checkout was scheduled for 11:00 AM, which disrupted our departure.After our stay, the host contacted us regarding alleged damage claims. We disagreed with these claims and handled the matter through the VRBO platform. Future guests may find it helpful to document the property condition with photos at check-in and checkout for reference.

Tout était parfait, suffisamment de place pour 4 couples , de la vaisselle en quantité nécessaire , tout était très fonctionnel Bel accueil de la personne responsable à notre arrivée … sauf qu’il fallait donner un dépôt de 500 euros comptant à notre arrivée .. et nous l’avons su la journée même Ce n’était pas noté sur l’annonce d VRBO
