"We enjoyed staying here. We stayed at this home during a sister/cousin trip to Santa Cruz. When we walked in I told my sister it felt like we were at our grandma’s house, a bit dated, simple amenities, clean and cozy. Very quiet, safe, and peaceful. Close enough to Santa Cruz and Capitola. Condo is about a quarter of a mile from Seascape beach. This place is very spacious. If you’re traveling with another couple or kids, you basically have your own room with full bathroom. Bathrooms are large. House is a bit dated but has been taken care of. The neighborhood is very quiet. If you’re looking for a relaxing location with simple amenities, this is the place for you. This place also has a propane BBQ in the back. Walking distance to neighborhood shops and a couple of local eateries. Make sure to stop off at Safeway on 41st ave in Soquel before you check in. Neighborhood store is over priced and does not have everything."

"This was a great house for my husband and I, three kids, and dog. There was lots of room and it was very clean and had all the things we needed for a long weekend. We appreciated having close access to a path down to the beach and a nice quiet neighborhood to relax in. "
