"very thin walls, noisy neighbors kept us up for a while. loud trucks started up at 2:30 am and again at 5:30 am right outside our room window. while the rooms are very spacious, the overall stay was not very enjoyable due to all the noise. "

"We loved our time at the property. It was clean, well stocked, and exactly as described in the online listing. The proximity to the beach was awesome. Not only is the house dog friendly, but the owner made it welcoming by providing a dog bed, and dog toys. My 13 year old daughter loved having her own space in the loft that was private, but not too far away so she could still be part of the activities. The house is well stocked with games, boogie boards, dishes, and condiments/seasonings. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we are in the area. This house, and Aptos are both hidden gems ."

"we had an excellent time at this beach house I was celebrating my 66th birthday with friends all good some suggestions to improve would be a new BBQ grill is needed (salt air) the master bathroom ceiling needs repainting the refrigerator left door needs slat that slides in frig is broken. Nothing major we got to wake up to the ocean everyday and went to sleep listening to the waves "
