"This was our first trip to Monterey, house was a nice size for a family of 5. Located about 10 min from the ocean, down the street from a Safeway and within 15 min of the Aquarium, Carmel by the sea, Pebble beach and Laguna Seca racetrack. Updates to the house were nice. Had an issue with black ants in the kitchen, Vacasa sent a team to spray and bring some ant killer. We didn’t let them spray but the baits were placed and did the job. Backyard patio and seating is really nice. Would stay here again."

"This property changed from the property I viewed… was told I would get a full refund if I didnt the like the new on the day In which I traveled a couple hundred miles and was in the area. Poor communication ….my family with small children was enroute on the same day … bait and switch asked for discount for my trouble and was denied."
"We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, peaceful and quiet. It is in the perfect location, and it is also well equipped and has everything we need. Communication was fast and easy, and Andy and Jen always replied quickly and made sure we settled in properly. We had a great time in this cozy house and would love to be back again!"
"There's a giant yard which is good for outdoor games, suggest bringing your rc monster trucks if you have them. It was easy to drive to everything we wanted to go to. Lots of great beaches nearby. The location felt safe and secure. They had everything a family could need! My son loved the popcorn maker, bunk beds and games. Our baby was comfortable in the pack n play and high chair. My mother in law found her room to be peaceful and comfortable. Had all the cooking supplies we needed. "
