"Overall, a good experience. The rooms were very clean, very well maintained, and had great amenities. The tv had a good number of channels available. Staff were courteous and helpful. My only gripe was they charged me for the rooms before I even set foot on the property to check-in. I get the non refundable after a certain time and date when you choose the pay at property, but I would think they would wait until at least the actual check in time and not the morning of. Just odd business practice. Other than that, solid stay, great place, and would recommend."

"We stay at this location every year for biking, soccer games, butterfly watching, pinball and the many restaurants in the area. Hands down, this is the best place to stay in the Monterey area. It’s centrally located to anything you have on your agenda and there is spacious parking onsite. But most important the owner is amazing! Each time we visit, there has been items added to make the stay more enjoyable. The beds are not too firm and not too soft. And the best part is they are set up with mattress heaters. Top tip, at night turn the heater off and use the mattress heater to stay the perfect temperature all night. The cool coastal night temperature helps you to sleep wonderfully. I always book early because I love staying at this vacation rental."

"The view from the backyard is very beautiful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I like the modern decor. Big nice kitchen!The homes are older homes but sweet. The bed is the master bedroom was our main issue. The mattress was horrible, it was very thin, it felt like sleeping on a boxspring. My husband and I both woke up sore and agreed the mattress was horrible. We called and let the company know but they said nothing could be done. We switched to another bedroom and it was better, not great but not as bad. The couch is also not comfortable, it's modular so pieces are coming apart as you are trying to watch a movie with the family. "

"The kitchen had great appliances and was fully equipped. The bedrooms got really stuffy, it could use a few more fans. "

"We reviewed the home before we stayed so it was exactly what we expected. As previously stated by others, bathrooms are located within 2 of the 4 rooms so prepare for that, and the upstairs master shower warm water is reverse. As long as you are aware of those two unique property facts, the stay is great. Host responds promptly with any questions as well. We enjoyed our stay."

"Our host was incredible! We had originally booked another one of her properties and she let us know the morning of that it was having plumbing issues. Jasmin was so quick to offer another property that she had available that was even nicer than the original one we booked. She had great communication checked in to see how our day was going and was really awesome to work with. Really appreciated the customer service and would definitely book with her again!"
