"The fireplace is great to keep our room cozy and warm. We were not able to park in the hotel parking lot but were lucky to park on road side close to the hotel. The location is perfect to walk around Carmel. Enjoy the stay."

"The property is convenient and clean. The lobby offers complimentary cookies, fruit, and a variety of drinks (tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water). The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and spacious. "

"The property is excellent as it’s close to shops, restaurants, and amenities. It’s also a close walk to the beach. The hotel property has a cold water filter dispenser on the grounds. Free daily breakfast was also a nice touch but the food was the same each day consisting of hard-boiled eggs, cereal, toast, coffee, juice, fruit, and self made waffles. The only drawback to the hotel was that it does not permit you to pair your phone to access Netflix or any other video apps as the television is locked into their cable channel operator. Other than that it was a great stay and great value for a suite with a living room."
