"My husband and I had a great first impression of this hotel. We enjoyed that it was in such a convenient location. It is also by the train station, so that was a plus. The staff was great. The hotel was very clean. We appreciated housekeeping daily. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone."

"The hotel is superb la!!! 1. Parking very convenient next door 2. Location 100/100 to be next to Kyoto Tower, rented our Kimono there and walkable to beautiful temple and places! 3. The onsen is good too, I particularly like the one with ice neck rest, 10-20mins only. 4. BREAKFAST is the highest standard for Japanese breakfast! Has Sashimi and all options! 5. Evening supper 9-11pm Ramen is good too, hearty Not so good part: abit tooooo crowded and packed and touristy, and the shoe area can stink quite abit tbh.. "

"Outstanding hotel. I haven't been to all hotels in Kyoto but this hotel was by far the best one i have been to. Even though it is located in downtown Kyoto it has a very tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. It is quiet in the room which is good when you want to sleep. Breakfast is great and the lounge is nice. It is a good place where you can relax in the evenings. "
