"This property is truly something special. The location alone is incredible. It feels completely private, with no visible neighbors, which is such a rare find for a lakefront home. The swimming cove is beautiful and quickly became our favorite spot. The dock is exceptionally well built, sturdy, and thoughtfully designed with lower platforms that make getting in and out of the water easy.We also loved all of the amenities. The outdoor shower was a favorite after swimming, and having paddleboards, kayaks, and other lake gear available made it so easy to enjoy the water. The screened-in porch was another highlight and a perfect place to relax in the mornings and evenings.If you're looking for a peaceful, private getaway on the lake, this place is hard to beat."

"From the docks, to the rooms to the extra towels and sheets - everything was fantastic. We had a great time in the hot tub as well as using our two boats that we had tied to the dock. The kitchen was well stocked and both washers and dryers worked well."

"Amazing vacation in large part bc of this VRBO. Stephanie, owner, was amazing: quick responses to queries; clean house stocked with necessities. Great information packet provided prior to check in. Incredible facility. The view is spectacular from everywhere in the house. Access to the (private) beach below was simple; balconies (2) were great. The family (adult children 8yo & 11yo grandkids) spent so much time on the well-stocked beach (chairs, paddle boards, etc) that they really didn't want to do anything else. That said, the location of the house was just 15 mins from down town Burlington, where we ate a few meals, did shopping, went on a boat ride, and enjoyed some outdoor taverns. My son-in-law and I started most days with a round of golf and found that there were many public courses available to us in the easy 20-30 min drive. We played 2 in Essex, which is only 15-20 mins, and our family had 3 meals in Essex (Ray's, PJ's), which hit the spot. Of course, within 4 mins of "our" house, we had access to excellent bagels at Huddy's, food and treats at Mazza's General Store and Mazza's Farm Market. We went to Shaw's food store only once and my wife and daughters thought it was a terrific food store. All of the people we encountered at Golf (Rocky Ridge, Links at Lang Farm, Essex CC, Apple Island Resort, and one private course), at a variety of eateries and breweries, at the local stores, and at some tourist events, were all just wonderful, polite, and helpful. Wonderful!"

"We had a group come in to play at a soccer tournament so we rented out both the eastside & westside. Both sides were very clean and had ample parking. The view was beautiful. We used the hot tub, plunge pool, kayak & paddleboard. When contacting the host we always got a quick response. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend."

"What a beautiful view!! The house was very clean and has a nice layout. We enjoyed using the hot tub, the plunge pool, kayak & paddleboard. The sunsets were amazing. We were able to fit several cars in the parking area/driveway."
