This property was great for my family of 5. Room size was perfect, kitchen set up was great, for kids snacks and morning breakfast making eggs, and yes convenient stores were near by to grab essentials. I really appreciated the laundry to wash our clothes. Location is very good, 6mins to Diamond station and 12 mins to one of JR stations. 12mins of walk to Tokyo Tokyo, which was very nice with holiday set up! I would love to come back for longer stay again! Thank you so much for kind staff!

It is slightly far from the Ueno skyliner station and around 10 minutes walk to the Ueno metro station. Make sure to select the number of guests for the room as it will affect the pricing, and thus was charged extra on the spot. The extra guest was provided bedding at the counter and a thin blanket similar to the ones on the plane. I enjoyed having the laundry/dryer. Take note that it takes at least 3 to 4 hours for the laundry to dry. Overall, it was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with microwave, oven and stove.
