The corridors, room and swimming pool / sauna areas were terrible. No warnings that the property was undergoing refurbishment. Guest services were rude invading personal space. Communication was poor. Sauna switched off and wasn't advised it takes 15 minutes to heat up.

Great welcome from the reception staff, very helpful & polite. Breakfast did exactly what breakfast needed to do, varied enough for most people to find something they like. Parking in the shopping centre car park which is a short walk to the hotel ( row H is closest to the escalator / lift / stairs ...
