Ideally situated in beautiful Royal Coachman Resort on Dona Bay, a gated community conveniently located off Laurel Road between I-75 and Hwy 41. Just minutes from Nokomis Beach, Calusa Lakes Golf Club and the shopping/dining scene of downtown Venice.

This property was renovated in 2023 with an enclosed lanai and luxury plank flooring. New kitchen cabinets, bath vanity and walk-in shower installed 2022.

Guests have access to all resort amenities, including swimming, kayaking, pickleball & tennis courts, shuffleboard, mini-golf, billiards, table-tennis, fitness center, clubhouse, library and more!
