9.2/10 Wonderful! (281 reviews)
Beautiful hotel in an excellent setting. The staff were exceptionally helpful. However, the room (room 24) was rather small, especially the bathroom, and the lighting was terrible creating deep shadows. The food in restaurant was very good, enjoyed the evening meal and breakfast

The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the lady on reception. It was my first time in Shrewsbury ..."
