"Very cozy. This place makes you feel like home.
The bedroom is nice and clean. The common room, where you can put your food in the fridge, provides free coffee/tea. It is a shared bathroom that you can put “in use” sign for your own private use.
The staff is so kind. He also recommended the nearby place to see the autumn leaves. Not only the staff but also the other guests are very kind and friendly. "

"La Terra Resort is a unique and beautiful crafted, peaceful boutique hotel that we had a delight to stay at during our outdoors exploration, and trek along parts of the Nakesando Trail.
La Terra Resort didn’t disappoint, nestled amongst a beautiful quiet valley setting, tucked under the edge of the forest canopy and surrounded by farmed land, land that served to us our daily meals, with fresh homegrown produce.
La Terra Resort’s owner Silva and his fantastic staff, each went out of their way...

"We took japanese style bedroom but the futons were super thin so uncomfortable. The private onsen was a bit smelly making the experience less enjoyable.
For the travel to reach the place, we struggle little to go by bus.
For the positive, the staff was amazing and helpful, the breakfast has lot of varieties for everyone. The room was super clean, spacious and very beautiful.
Spending time with dogs around was lovely... what an amazing concept hotel."

"The view was exceptional when we arrived and the staff was amazing and super accommodating since we had someone who didn't like fish.
Nel was particularly lovely and kind. We'd be happy to host her if she ever gets the chance to come visit Canada like she wants :)
Decoration could use a freshen up, but it was comfortable and the 24h baths were great. Food was also delicious and there was so much! We could never finish our whole meal."

"Booked to stay here for an authentic Ryokan Onsen experience on our Japan holiday. This was our first time at both a ryokan and an Onsen so we don’t have an awful lot to compare it to on those aspects. However, the positives of the hotel were that the staff were very friendly and happy to help. They spoke a small amount of English and were happy to try to assist when needed. We were greeted in the car park on arrival and a member of staff helped carry our bags to the check in desk. All of the...

"Staying temple was really unique experience. Renovation was done really nicely; traditional rooms were kept in good confition, and modern bathroom and laundry unit etc was installed. Very stykish yet blending well with original units. Quality of amenity was really nice too."
