"Very clean! Staff were nice, helpful & spoke good English! I arrived a couple of hours before my check-in & was allowed to use the laundry facilities while I waited for my room to be ready. They even provided me with free laundry detergent! They also provided free drinks in the evening. My only complaint was that the bed was rather stiff. Other than that, everything was great!"

Our room had its own onsen tub and it was so clean and up-to-date. The food was just okay… but I was happy overall with the service and everything else, that it did not matter. "
