"Stephanie and Dave were great host. The place is really cozy and right by the river. They have a sauna which is a nice addition. The breakfast was unique which we enjoyed and Stephanie makes some really good scones. Overall it was pleasant stay and both Stephanie and Dave did a good job hosting. "

"It's a wonderful spot, and Stephanie & Dave were lovely hosts. While the common areas were shared, it never felt crowded in any way. There was plenty of space for winding down and enjoying the Balsam Lake. Everything was clean, and we were able to have everything we needed for a family getaway."

"We were 3 friends who spent 2 nights at this location. We had a most relaxing and peaceful time. The location is not too far from the GTA and overlooks a beautiful lake.The unit was extremely well-equipped and comfortable. Joan met us when we arrived and took us through everything in the apartment, so we were well informed. The hosts were wonderful. Will definitely recommend to our friends."

"Really nice property located about 10 minutes outside of Fenelon Falls. Property has been beautifully updated and has all needed amenities. It’s a short walk from the lake at the end of the road. "beautiful cottage we had a very good time everything was as describe we did the best choice in booking in this cottage! Worth to drive for about hour & half from Newmarket Ontario . Beautiful water view. Everything you're looking for nature feeling is in this cottage. A place to get away from city living. Price is fair enough. Highly recommended. "A hidden gem of the Kawarthas! Brett was an amazing host, very communicative with timely responses. There were many basic amenities in case you forget. Place was clean/tidy, and had lots to do!
