"A nice safe and quiet place to stay. Park right in front of your door. My dog loved the large grass area. The room was large and the beds very comfortable. The heat was on when we arrived which was great . It was cold and snowy that day. I loved having the self check-in and check out. We plan on going back the next time we are in the area. "

"We we were in the Out of Africa room, set apart in a complex of 4 suites in a unit apart from the Inn itself. The room was uniquely created to feel like an escape to Africa, and heated by a lovely gas fireplace. The breakfast both mornings, delicious. A perfect getaway!"

"We have stayed here a couple times to ski at Butternut. It is not fancy but well worth the money. Staff is very nice, beds are comfy and everything is squeaky clean. Location is great. Plenty of nearby restaurants. "

"Just a perfect amazing experience from the second you walk in the door. Beautiful historic building. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. The wine and cheese happy hour with piano player was fantastic. Room was incredible - we stayed in Treetop Suite and I highly recommend. Breakfast was gourmet and cooked to order. We noticed most guests have been coming there for many years - I can see why. Add us to that list of regulars!"

"Don't be dissuaded by the fact that this used to be an old hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and appointed. The lobby is reminiscent of an Art Deco bar in Miami. Pony up to the bar for a crafted cocktail or morning cappuccino. Berkshires Untold is just five minutes from the shops and restaurants in Lenox and a short distance to Great Barrington, Pittsfield, Lee and Stockbridge."
